Doll's House for Sale

On of my clients has a doll's house for sale.

It appears to be a painted lady (American outline) in 1/12th scale and is a back opener.

The house requires some renovation work as it is a few year old but I am told that most if not all the parts are included.

There is a veranda that wraps around the sides and front making the total size in the order of 5' wide by 3' deep.
